Wanhua has introduced over 20 sets of motor coils production machineries, which are combined into a production line to finish paper inserting, coil winding, stator winding, coil bundling, and coil forming. The power supply is 110V-380V, 50-60HZ. This line is vital in lifting devices' quality. Its daily output is up to 1000 sets.1. Paper Inserting
This is the first step to make motor coils. In this process, we adopt DM series insulating paper, whose max allowable temperature is 180℃ and insulation class reaches F.
Here the operators need firstly to reserve a certain length of wire end and fix it on a specially-made flexible pin coupling. Then start the winding machine to make the first coil. The wires are arranged orderly and closely without crossing. When the prescribed number of turns has met, operators need to stop the machine and continue to make other coils in the same way.
Stator winding involved putting the well bundled copper wires in Step 2 into spindles made from material 470. Stator winding machine is the most vital equipment in the whole line.

5. Coil Forming
The finished coils will be put into a forming machine to make them more aesthetic and more matched with motor cases.
We have about t 30 sets of CNC machining equipment in the machining line, which is comprised of rough machining, finish machining, hobbing, gear shaving, and sand blasting steps. This line will have an influence on products' cooling, noise and other performance. It is mainly used for producing motor shaft, gears, and rotors, etc.
Raw Material Processing
Here the lathes will process the raw materials and produce motor shaft, gears, rotors, and other spare parts.
The CNC lathe is set to realize a high product precision. The accuracy of motor rotor, shaft, and gears reaches 10-6.
The hobbing machine produces the gears to helical type, effectively reducing the noise during working. Dimension of the gears are controlled precisely.
With a large sand blasting machine, the finished workpieces will demonstrate high surface adhesion and solid frame, laying foundation for further surface treatment.
Wanhua possesses 10 sets of stamping machines, mainly used to process accessories like casings, wire reels, and bases. All of the raw materials are from reliable suppliers. The high-strength ultra-thick metal sheets are formed by stamping to be not easily deformed.
With a whole set of assembly line, all of the components produced in different plants are assembled efficiently. The workers will choose the appropriate motor wheel sets, adjust the spacing between shafts, fasten the spare parts, and finally pack them into boxes.
Before delivery, we will pack the qualified products into cartons or wooden boxes according to clients' request. Trays are available upon request.
